GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. By ordering any of our products, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions.
We take pride in our work and will always go the extra mile to make sure that our product is delivered as close as possible to the picture on our Webshop. As flowers are natural living beings and subject to seasonal and logistical availability, It may be necessary for us to make substitutions to flowers, packaging and other merchandise in order to deliver your order on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable. This may occur especially during seasonal events such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha. Different flower types and colors may be used if the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained. In the event that the substitution constitutes a major departure from the content or style of the advertised product, we will make every effort to reach you by phone or e-mail to seek you approval before proceeding. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value and quality as the original order.
Prices listed within the Garden Centre service are valid for a maximum of 14 days after submitting your order.
Fresh flowers and plants once sold will not be refunded or exchanged.
Warranty against manufacturing defects only. Please check the products and inform us of the defect as soon as possible for a replacement.
You will be given clear instructions to navigate through the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate delivery address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and NAPS. By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an e-mail confirmation of your order details to inform you that we are processing your order via the e-mail address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have sent this e-mail confirmation.
INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY
Delivery Service Timing : We have three delivery slots that you can choose from (these are subject to change during busy periods). 8.00am-12.00pm / 12.00pm-3.00pm / 3.00pm-6.00pm)
Delivery is free for items over QAR 300. For items under QAR300, a delivery fee of QAR 20 (inside Doha) is added to your total
Post Order Processing Time : Any order received through the Webshop may take 1 to 2 hours of processing time.
Delivery Time Range : Minimum delivery time range is 3 hours after processing the order but may vary depending on the circumstances, such as the traffic conditions, special holidays, call response of the recipient etc.
For Post Dated Order : Orders placed online can be cancelled 48 HOURS BEFORE the delivery date by contacting our Webshop followed by a cancellation e-mail. For Return kindly refer to our Refund Policy.
We offer free deliver for orders of QAR300 and above. For orders below QAR300 delivery fee of QAR20 (inside doha) will be charged.
All orders for those dates will be delivered on the closest business day before or after requested date. Our Office is closed on Fridays and public holidays, and all e-mails, Calls and orders will be answered on the first working day after the closure day(s).
We will always do our utmost to deliver your product on time and directly to the recipient within the territory of Qatar. Please consider the business opening hours in case the recipient is located at an office, hospital, hotel or any other business location. Deliveries to buildings where strict security regulations apply cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including Building, Street, Zone and any accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and possibly telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Once we deliver an order and the recipient has signed the delivery note, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. In the case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Your item must be returned in the same state as you received it and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a replacement or gift certificate. It is mandatory to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.
