What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and local bank transfers. All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@garden.qa. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped (typically within 1–2 hours of placing the order). Once sent for delivery, changes are no longer possible.
How do I use a discount or promotional code?
Enter your discount code at the checkout page. Some codes may have exclusions (e.g., gift cards, discounted items) or minimum purchase requirements. If your code isn’t working, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Your order may be cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common reasons for this are:-
- High demand of goods – In this event, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and what to do next.
If you requested a cancellation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once this has been done.
- If we’ve been unsuccessful in delivering the order to your chosen delivery address.
- All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the address specified in your order or collected from our store (as appropriate) and we will not be liable for a refund or a replacement in the event the address you specified is incorrect.
- If payment was not successful
- If the order was not collected from the selected store within the collection period of 7 days
Will I get a refund?
For non-plant returns: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued in Qatari Riyals (﷼) via the same payment method used or as store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Doha and to all major areas within Qatar.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Delivery within Doha costs QAR 20, and QAR 35 for areas outside Doha. Orders over QAR 300 qualify for free delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

How are plants packaged for the journey?
Our plants are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. We use special packaging and cooling measures to protect plants from Doha’s heat during transit.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
Absolutely! You can include a personalized message at checkout. We do not include prices or invoices in gift orders.
Our Plant Guarantee & Returns
What is your plant guarantee?
We offer a 7-Day Plant Health Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or declines in health within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it for free or offer store credit.
What if my plant or pot arrives damaged?
If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please contact us at info@garden.qa within 12 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (close-up + full item/box). You can also send them via WhatsApp: 7021 6602.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on healthy plants.
For non-plant items (e.g., pots, tools), returns are accepted within 7 days if unused and in their original packaging.
Plant Care & Products
What should I do after my plant arrives?
Unbox immediately, remove packaging, and place the plant in its new location. If the soil feels dry, water lightly and let it adjust for a couple of weeks.
Do I need to repot my plant right away?
If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please contact us at info@garden.qa within 12 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (close-up + full item/box). You can also send them via WhatsApp: 7021 6602.
