Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make an appropriate replacement to a product of comparable value and quality in the event of any supply constraints. If we can't fulfill all or a part of your order (the product or a replacement product), we'll let you know as soon as we can.

  Amendments or cancellation

If the client chooses to modify or cancel their order for whatever reason, they may do so by phoning (+974) 70216602 or sending an email to info@garden.qa. Kindly inform us of the requested delivery day and time 24 hours in advance. We are happy to provide you with a voucher valid for 3 months (to be used within the same category of the product originally purchased), in case of cancellation of the order within the 48hrs before the delivery date and time.

 

We regret that once a delivery date and time are confirmed, customers cannot modify or cancel an order.

Replacement and Resend policy

Only after verification from our end we offer a substitute item within the same price range and category if our product fails to live up to the client's expectations for a legitimate reason. If a product is picked up from one of our shops, it must be returned to the shop for replacement.

Important Notice: Fresh flowers and plants that have already been sold cannot be returned or replaced.
